The City of Angles Smiles down on Miami Winery

        Los Angeles, California- Miami Winery catches the attention of top chefs at the Largest Regional Foodservice and Hospitality Exhibition on the West Coast. On August 20-22, 2005, the Los Angeles Convention Center hosted the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. This event covered the entire spectrum of the foodservice industry. The show made it easy for restaurant owners, hotels, bars, private clubs, caterers, and special event professionals to see what’s hot in the market– all necessary to stay ahead of the competition.  Miami Winery’s Exotic Wines amazed top chefs by offing a unique new venue on the menu.

The Culinary Institute of America (CIA)– were interested this year in World Flavors and Healthy Menus; Create More Profits and Business for Your Restaurant;  Breakthroughs in Menu Research & Emerging Flavors - Contemporary Menus and Maximizing Your Wine List.  Miami Winery’s led the charge in the wine industry by producing new Tropical Fruit Wine selection that attracted top culinary chefs from around the world.

The captivating aroma of fresh fruit fills ones senses before the wine even touches the lips. With brand names like Adventure TM, Fiesta TM, and Romance TM, it didn’t take much for treasure hunters to find Miami Winery’s Exotic Wines. Top Chefs quickly wanted to pair the Adventure TM, Guava wine with Calamari and Crab cakes as an aperitif wine. Other found the Mango wine, Fiesta TM, to be a great accompaniment to spicy fish dishes and even Cajun foods. The Star of Miami Winery’s selection was Romance TM, Lychee wine with its smooth taste and amazing bouquet, this wine enticed many to return for another sample.
